Gîte de caractère, vue Golfe du Morbihan, plage 150m, Vannes 10mn

Haus und Garten überaus gemütlich. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist einfach. Er spricht englisch, ansonsten gibt es einen Translator.

Pleasant location, short path to beach, quiet neighbourhood. Shops within driving distance. Very comfortable, fully equipped, pleasant host.- very hospitable.

Une semaine passée dans ce superbe gîte extrêmement calme , très spacieux , très confortable , propre , très bien équipé ( lave-linge , lave-vaisselle , très grand réfrigérateur , vaisselle , etc) . De plus , étant situé très près de la mer ( petite ruelle menant à la plage à 1 minute de marche ), cela nous a permis de faire de longues promenades à pied le long du littoral ( sans prendre la voiture ). Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique ( merci pour la brioche à notre arrivée !) et arrangeant . De plus , il est très réactif ( cafetière en panne immédiatement remplacée !) . Un plus : les 2 vélos adultes mis à disposition . Bref , nous conseillons vivement cette location .

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist sehr hell und liegt in einem großen schön angelegten Garten. Frédéric ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer sofort auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche reagiert hat. Rundum toll, ein wunderbare Woche.

Das Haus liegt in einem Garten mit Obstbäumen und ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Küche ist geräumig mit einer kompletten Küchenzeile und einem großen Esstisch. Es gibt im Dachgeschoss ein großes Doppelbett und im angrenzenden Raum befindet sich ein kleineres Doppelbett. Vom Haus aus kann man den Strand zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichen. In wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto ist man in Séné, wo es einen kleinen Carrefour-Markt gibt. In wenigen Minuten mehr ist man in den Vannes, wo einem alle erdenklichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung stehen. Die ganze Region um den Golf von Morbihan lässt sich von hier aus gut erfahren. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, sollte es einmal ein Problem geben. Insgesamt ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus!

Nous avons séjourné une dizaine de jours début octobre. Tout était parfait ! Notre hôte Frédéric était aux petits soins pour nous. Un grand merci à lui.

Ideal area for cycling and walking (starting right outside house). House and garden very tastefully done. Lovely having a teacher of English (Jeremy) on the premises to answer all questions in English. Only gripe would be the low slanting roof in the bedrooms which entailed a daily bout of head-bashing (and frequent bending).

Very nice stay, you feel like home, you have anything you need to have a comfortable stay. We also enjoyed the garden and the nearby of the see. We made a lot of walks and trips by our bicycles and our little motorboat. The village of Sené is nearby, small but lovely. It is not a touristic place but you can reach such places by car if you want. The owner is very kind and helpful with tips of the environment. Thank you for your hospitality.
