Gîte de charme au pied du Château de Brissac

😊: Very well equipped and clean unit in a quaint village. Owner was very helpful. We had a reason to be in the area so was very convenient. A taste of French country living..

😊: A nice little stone village house in Brissac le Haut, atmospheric and pretty; very quiet; old (private) chateau at top; good views over countryside. The heating was very efficient - important as I was there mid feb. Good cooking facilities. Good value for money.. 😢: The TV did not work; the house does not have internet (but it did not say it had); the host could have provided more information - just as well I already knew where to leave the car for example and not to drive over the old bridge. Some notices in the house would also be useful - like location of nearest communal bin..
