Gîte de charme classé meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles pour 4 à 6 personnes

We had a great week in this gite, which is a beautifully restored old building, finished, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The interior of the building is quite charming and and the living accommodation is spacious and comfortable. The gite is situated in a hamlet about 20 minutes away from Granville and a few minutes away from Brehal, where there is an excellent supermarket. It is also well-positioned for trips to Barneville-Carteret, Coutances, Avranches etc. On arrival, we were a little confused because the photo on the website shows a side of the building which is hidden from the road and it looked a bit different from how we expected it. The owner wasn't able to meet us on arrival but the key was left for us in a secure key locker. We met her on the second day of our stay and found her very helpful. The visitor information provided was very useful.

A very comfortable cottage, built to an extremely high standard. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very handy for visiting Mont Saint Michel and the coast.

Gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einem liebevoll renovierten Häuschen. Alles ist sauber und Küche und Bad/WC sind modern und in einem Top-Zustand. Das Dach wurde isoliert, sodass die Wohnung auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl bleibt. Der Garten kann zum Spielen, Essen und Sonnen genutzt werden. Die nebenan wohnenden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zum Strand oder zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Normandie. Auch Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren und Wandern sind vorhanden. Also: Alles perfekt!

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Urlaubswoche in der Normandie. Der Strand ist nicht weit und Granville, Chausey und Le Mont St. Michel sind tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Das Haus ist wirklich mit Liebe restauriert und eingerichtet worden. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und uns immer gefreut, wenn der süße Hund Rocky uns begrüßt hat.
