Gîte de charme en Auxois-Côte d'or: "La Hulotte"

A characterful property from the outside but tired on the inside. The shower room and kitchen are in need of modernisation and general maintenance. As the property is located on a steep hill it is not for the infirm.

The property is located in a quiet, tranquil and pretty village, surrounded by unspoilt countryside. The house is small, but comfortable and well equipped and it is lovely to sit and eat outside on the terrace. The property owner is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely holiday home in a small, nice village. Great base for visiting Burgundy or like us as a stopover. Cottage is fully equipped, spacious and clean. Very pleasant communication with the host. Nice covered terrace and garden.

What a wonderful two weeks! A perfect little hideaway in a charming village where you can go on walks in the most beautiful countryside within minutes. Olivia was extremely helpful and the house was perfect. Very well appointed - great Internet connection, which was fantastic for work - and very cosy. Thank you!!

In a small country village with beautiful rolling hills, woods and pastures, this cozy, well appointed and pretty cottage is ideal for a relaxing stay. It is also not far from Dijon with its exciting markets and from the Cote d'or wine country. The hostess, Olivia, is most gracious and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

The cottage was beautiful and provided a perfect base to explore the local villages and national park. It is very comfortable and has been lovely restored. Olivia is a welcoming host that makes sure your stay goes well. This was a special place and we were so pleased to have discover it and also the region. We would definitely like to stay again.
