😊: Convenient location. Everything you need for a short stay.. 😢: All perfect.

😊: The location was excellent. Had the stay been of a comfortable temperature the overall facilities would have been fine.. 😢: This is not necessarily of the owner's doing, but it was unbearably hot. We had no option other than to bring the mattress down from the attic area and sleep in the living area. Even then our sleep was restless. The one small fan helped, but the experience was overall unpleasant. I went over the road to the Cathédrale on a few occasions for respite, but obviously couldn't sleep there. The skylight above the attic added to the heat trap. Ditto the bathroom, which was a sauna. And a couple of smaller matters (fixable) - the water does not go down the bath very well, and we couldn't get the door to lock, so we left it unlocked whether we were in residence or not. Apologies for being critical..

😊: The location and the spaciousness of the apartment, lovely old beams and exposed stonework.. 😢: The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, the bed area was small with no room to walk around the bed. There was a hand shower but no hook or shower screen to actually have a shower. There was peeling paintwork in the bathroom and lounge..

😊: Perfect. 😢: It was a short stay, so enjoy all.
