😊: The beds were very comfortable . Also the furniture was comfortable. Everything worked and there were useful extra equipment. Lovely spacious farmhouse.. 😢: No cupboard to put our food in. Most of the doors squeaked. No mirror or chair in downstairs bedroom.

😊: Spacious. 😢: I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking this property. After our stay, the landlord withheld our entire €500 deposit. The justification given was that some furniture had been moved and there were a few minor marks on the wall as a result — nothing beyond what you’d reasonably expect from normal use. He also charged a cleaning fee of €175 which is much higher than market value. What’s most frustrating is that no evidence was provided to justify these charges. There were no contractor quotes, no invoices, no receipts — just a decision to take the full amount with no room for discussion or negotiation. It felt completely one-sided and unfair. We left the place in generally good condition, and certainly nothing that would warrant such excessive deductions. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to engage made the whole experience very disappointing. Be cautious — what looks like a good stay upfront could end up costing you far more than expected..
