Gîte de la Grande Mauve

😊: Our stay was exceptional. Gite de la Grande Mauve is in a very quiet location next to farmland, and less than 1 km from the Loire river. We woke up with birdsong -- no other noise. The house is very neat, and tastefully refurbished inside. We found it very clean and comfortable. The beds are soft, the floors are nice and the antique furniture are beautiful. It was a summer week with 35C+ temperatures, but the house stayed cool during the day, and cooled down well at night with windows open. Internet (wifi) was excellent. The main bathroom is very spacious, with a large washing basin and large shower. There is also a downstairs toilet. All the rooms are spacious (the bedrooms are large), and there is a lot of space in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the stay.. 😢: Nothing..

😊: Amazing house with everything that can be needed. Very clean and very nice. Photos are very accurate. Good kitchen! Highly recommend.

😊: The gite is lovely - the hosts have really thought of everything and they made a huge effort to accommodate our toddler as well. We were just stopping over on our drive back but could have happily stayed longer… The house and location were excellent..
