😊: The location of the cottage is excellent if you like remote. It is really quiet, the chickens and cats are lovely.. 😢: If you leave the bedroom windows open, lots of mosquitos come in..

😊: Very peaceful and clean - lovely setting. 😢: Terrible toilet seat and they were very strict about heating and were restricted on temperature. No towels but this was specified. The toilet seat is so easy to change and it would make a big difference- it falls off or falls on you every time you use it and is very thin plastic!.

😊: A lovely quiet place to stay, very functional for getting about the Normandy area. On arrival, very simple to find with the directions provided and entering was easy. Everything was explained well and even some fresh eggs from the chickens next door. The garden is expansive, and is contained so could allow the child to go outside and not worry. There is a good overhang on the outside so can sit there in the evenings, even in the rain and can be kept dry. The living room, dining room and kitchen area is open plan which allows chat o continue while cooking. Fridge/freezer, hob, and small oven made cooking easy. Two independent bedrooms which were very cozy, no issues at all and slept well. Bathroom and toilet are separate and we're clean with no issues at all. It is exceeding quiet there other than the chickens which you could only hear occasionally. It is a good place to explore the normandy area. Host was easily contactable and very pleasant. Would definitely go again!. 😢: Being a small family, we didn't use the dishwasher at all, however a washing machine would have been handy. We didn't realise there wasn't one and had to use a communal one at the supermarket. Not a big issue, and I don't really know if that is normal or not? Other than that, no issues. There is no shop in the nearest village, however that's not a big problem as generally travelling around anyway..
