Gîte de la grue

wonderful accommodation close to Paris Warm welcome by the host. Our French wasn't that good and her English wasn't that good but other than that. Warm welcome. House was clean. Beds were good. We enjoyed the space. It was great for our trip to Paris. It took us an hour to get to Paris with the RER A from Cergy. We can imagine if you stay in the summer time you will enjoy the outside a lot. We had mostly rain during our stay so we could't check out the back yard :)

Bruit Très joli gite dans un cadre bucolique magnifique. Literie très confortable. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour. Cependant, j'ai réservé pendant une période de travaux, sur le même bâtiment ( même propriétaire). Ceux-ci ont occasionné des nuisances sonores toute la journée du samedi ( bruits de coupe de carrelage…), alors que la propriétaire m'avait assuré qu'il n'y aurait pas de bruit….Cela à quelque peu gâcher le séjour des amis pour qui j'avais réservé.

The perfect place for nature, culture and history If you are looking for a quiet escape near the busy Paris, surrounded by nature, culture, history and artistic luxury, this is the right place to be. We are a family with two children and a dog and wanted to be close to Paris, but also to be able to have space and comfort in the evening. The apartment in the Gite de Grue farm is renovated with a lot of taste and feeling for detail. The owner has kept the old elements of the farm to create a unique ambiance of the space. The owner was very helpful, extremely kind to us and provided us with the privacy we needed for a quiet stay. The house is surrounded by nature so you will hear only the birds in the morning. At the same time, it has a modern kitchen with excellent facilities (no dishwasher) and a very comfortable sitting area. The two bedrooms are perfect for a family. We would definitely recommend the space for a short or long stay. Pavlina, Serge, Rafael, Mael and Leika (the dog)
