Séjour très reposant dans un cadre naturel magnifique.😃 Chris et April sont des hôtes très accueillants et soucieux que tout se passe bien. On se sent comme chez soi, dans une maison rénovée avec goût et simplicité. La vue depuis la piscine est top! La région gagne à être connue.😉

Very comfortable and well-equipped accommodation in a stunning setting. The photographs do not do justice to how beautiful the place is! Fabulous pool with breathtaking views. There were a few bees and wasps around the pool, but they did not bother us. Our host Chris was extremely helpful and kind. Thank you, Chris. I was there for a week with three teenagers, we took some short day trips but spent a great deal of time at the property and pool. We all had a fantastic and very memorable week. I would highly recommend this property.

Emplacement idéal dans la Drôme, entouré de montagnes, prairies, champs de lavande…. De petits villages fortifiés et de nuits sombres étoilées. La maison est superbement restaurée, moderne, confortable et lumineuse, le jardin agréable avec sa piscine où la vue est splendide. Les hôtes sont accueillants, discrets et de bon conseil, et le petit chien Louis est adorable…. Nous y retournerons et remercions Chris April pour leur accueil. Pierre, severine, Andrea, Arthur

Très belle maison. Bien équipée. Des petites douceurs nous attendaient, ce qui est très sympathique de la part de Chris et April. Les chambres et salles de bains étaient également très bien. Le linge de maison mis à disposition était très appréciable : drap de bain, serviette de toilette et serviette de piscine, 1 par personne. Ceci en plus des parrures de lits, des doubles oreillers... Piscine très agréable également. Vue magnifique et odeur des champs de lavandes à proximité. Il y a quelques abeilles attirés par l eau de la piscine, mais rien de méchant. Nous avons passé de très bons moments en famille.

A perfect getaway - a lovely stone building, beautifully modernised and in a stunning setting. A cool interior, particularly the bedrooms, meant a perfect antidote to the hot and sunny days we enjoyed around the pool. Chris and April were perfect hosts - welcome advice and homemade apricot conserve. What a combination!

What a little taste of heaven this place is, from our arrival driving through perfect little villages towards the mountains, entering le Loft des Lavandes as the sun shone highlighting the field of lavender next to the house. It was the perfect start to our holiday. …we have loved the past two weeks, the pool, the food, the views, the vineyards, exploring medieval villages, walking through Saou forest. We have felt relaxed and refreshed, the house itself is fantastic, great size with all you need. It’s a little haven. Can’t wait to visit again and explore more of the area.

This newly built and furnished gite was perfect for our family. With close up views of the mountains that ring this stunning valley, and a lavender field you could touch from the patio, we felt refreshed, restored and "repointed". It had everything we could wish for, from spacious en suites, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a lovely host family next door (NB not always there) who were able to tell us some incredible sites to explore. These included an off road track to a ruined medieval village (you can do this in a 4x4 car), and two mountain walks with breathtaking views of two different valleys. The property is peaceful and remote yet within 10/25 minutes drive of fresh bread, wine and various towns with all the eating out and sightseeing you could wish for. Definitely coming again, the best rental in France we have ever used. See what we mean and visit!
