Gîte de Mam's - Voie verte

😊: The house is located in a quiet countryside area in a village. The apartments were clean, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including plenty of tea and coffee. The bathroom was clean and convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed was great for a good night's sleep.. 😢: Upon check-in, the host caught us off guard by demanding either a €36 cleaning fee or that we do a full, deep clean ourselves. This hidden fee was never mentioned on Booking.com; had we known about it, we would have considered other options. Furthermore, when we asked to pay by card, the host refused and insisted on cash only. Additionally, we booked the house for three people, but the sofa bed was neither unfolded nor made with linens. Communication was also highly difficult as the host spoke virtually no English, and we had to wait a very long time for her to arrive and hand over the keys..

😊: Immaculately clean and everything we needed. Friendly and helpful host who provided us with tastey local cuisine.. 😢: Nothing.
