GITE DE MONTRANCON

😊: We had a lovely time in the gite. The location is wonderful being away from any other light sources which meant that we had a wonderful view of the stars each night. The gite itself is very well equipped and perfect for getting away from the world though only a 10 minute drive to the supermarkets and street / hall market of St Jean D'Angely. We would love to stay here again if in the area.. 😢: Perhaps some more garden furniture. There were two chairs for relaxing but 3 of us.

😊: The second time we’ve stayed here, and won’t be the last. Comfortable, spacious, very clean and modern inside, very well maintained and equipped. Location is quiet and peaceful but still only a short drive to Landes for local facilities, or to the lovely town of St Jean d’Angely for sightseeing and plenty of shops. La Rochelle is less than an hour’s easy drive away. Fabulous gîte!. 😢: Everything was amazing.

😊: An isolated spot that suited us fine. The interior is renovatated to a luxurious standad, very well equiped and comfortable. The owner was most understanding about the delay in our arrival, owing to a deluge and consequent traffic chaos around Bordeaux. Nearby Saint-Jean-d'Angely is both pretty and interesting.. 😢: The outdoor furniture was limited but this is probably because of the possibility of theft, in such a remote location..

😊: Beautiful house and surroundings. Very peaceful area. Very few cars in the whole area. We ate all our food outside as we were blessed with beautiful weather.. 😢: We liked everything..

😊: Seclusion and quiet. 😢: If being really fussy the outside space.
