Excellent accueil dans un logement...<br>#128578; Emplacement super dans une demeure de cachet, à proximité de tous les commerces et des sites à visiter. Une cheminée pour faire une flambée alors que les températures étaient très froides. Une attention toute particulière des logeurs qui se sont assurés que nous ne manquions de rien. Nous remercions grandement Patrice et Françoise.

Wir fanden ein gut ausgestattetes großzügiges Haus vor und genossen die Ausflüge an die Loire und ihre Schlösser. Der abgeschlossene Garten mit Platz für das Fahrzeug ist für Hundebesitzer ideal. Im Sommer bei trockenen Wetter wäre zur Pflege der schönen Bepflanzung ein Gartenschlauch auch für Gäste empfehlenswert (meine Frau hat täglich mehr als zehn Kannen verteilt).

The location is an ideal combination of cleanlyness, privacy, and traditional French architecture; the owners' manners, in which you will clearly find the best expression of the renowned French politeness and courtesy, and their manifest good taste in house decor will make you forget being a plain tourist and magically transform you in a '600 traveller in the quest for the many holy and magnificent places of marvellous France. On a more practical side, also, the property has lots of on-site comforts, both for families, couples or singles: a modern kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, three spacious rooms, many bycicles, a good sized planted lawn, and a relaxing porch for happy meals in the outside. Dhuizon, moreover, has all the basic services you could need during your stay, and its position makes it ideal to reach any of the many touristical sites of the Loire valley (and of the Sologne itself, of course). Long story short: definitely the very best property one could dream of renting for almost any purpose (both as a base-camp and as a stop-and-relax vacancy).

The gite is in an ideal location. So close to the shops in the village. The butcher, baker and Pres d'ici all to be recommended. Perfect for chateaux visits. Chambord, Cheverny and Chaumont are a must. Gardens at Chaumont spectacular. Lovely gite, great garden. Great kitchen but maybe a few more utensils and pots and pans and perhaps a fan in the bedroom. Beautiful terrace for outside eating but the little bistro table did look a bit lost. Had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.
