The house was very clean and warm and the bedrooms comfortable. The site is a work in progress, the immediate surrounds of the house are untidy. Although two bathrooms are listed one of the toilets is very small and the staircase is steep and narrow. The downstairs bathroom is new with a wet room shower and plentiful hot water. There were some deficiencies in the kitchen ware and no oven. We discovered the microwave in a utility room cupboard. The photo of the house implies that the rental is of the whole house, but this is not so. The front door shown is not the access point and is barred closed next to a derelict room. The house is divided into more than one gite. The property has the potential to be a very good rent and is situated in lovely countryside with superb views. St Puy has a good restaurant. We are sure the owners are remedying some of our concerns.
