Gîte des Bains PARKING HYPERCENTRE 6-8personnes

😊: Proximity to city center and reserved parking. 😢: Many things were broken and partly functional..

😢: To get the code, you have to pay 300 €. I had to send three text messages to get the code. Later on, a lady got in touch with us. The key handover took about an hour. Even though the lady could speak English, we were lucky that one of us spoke French. It might be caused for arriving late in the evening. The accommodation itself is fine, but I definitely recommend arriving during the day to make getting the keys and the code easier. We had to go to a different location—about 10 minutes away from the apartment—to pick up the keys from the apartment and also to drive in the garage. In good faith, I would suggest the owner/ rentier to find a different way to handle this. Also, requiring a 300 € deposit is not standard practice, and it made me feel very insecure. I can understand it if the owner had a bad experience in the past, but otherwise, I really wouldn't recommend it..

😊: Spacious and right on edge of old town. 😢: On-line check in was very poor - we were given the wrong door code and it took an hour to access the apartment after several telephone calls. Also cleanliness not 100%..
