Gite Du Clos Pommier

😊: Awesome location and great stay. Near some smaller vineyards which became a favourite. Would stay again, house is well kitted out and comfortable.. 😢: Wifi wasn’t working and limited reception wasn’t ideal but wasn’t a deal breaker.

😊: loved the location. The breakfast was extra, good value. Lovely fresh bread, croissants, cheese, butter, Jam, fruit, juice, milk. Delivered in a lovey basket and left by the door so as not to disturb us, also at a time of our request. Unfortunately, we do not speak enough French and our hosts spoke very little English, but somehow we managed to communicate. They allowed us a later check out. This property did sleep 6/ +2 extra in the living room. I think if 8 people were staying it would feel a little cramped and probably need an extra bathroom. But, there were only 2 of us. Everything was very clean. Nice shower. Beds comfortable, plenty of towels, nice bedding. Space to sit outside and eat on the balcony and other garden area.. 😢: Not a dislike really, but the TV reception did not work so well. Not really an issue, but husband tried to watch football, not easy to watch. A bit brighter lighting in the bathroom would be useful. Few lamps in the living room..

😊: Really nice place with more than we needed, the bed and couch were both comfortable and so was the overall setup. Liliane was very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect as it is 10 minutes from Épernay and in a very quiet area.. 😢: We visited in December so no chance to use the outdoor balcony, although it also looked very nice for summer!.
