Once we found it, accessing the apartment was straightforward, thanks to the security lock key shared via the app. However, the host was unavailable by phone when I needed assistance finding the place. On the bright side, she responded quickly to messages through the Booking.com app, which was helpful. One drawback is that the heater control is managed by the host, which can be inconvenient, especially during colder months. Additionally, the apartment lacked basic essentials like shower gel and hand wash, which we had to purchase from a nearby supermarket. It would be great if these items were mentioned in the listing or provided as part of the stay. However, for the listed price, the apartment does not feel worth it.
