Gîte du Mont Gérard

😊: Owner Dieter was waiting for us when we arrived. he gave us the keys and showed us the house. Dieter is a very friendly and helpfull person. The location of the gite is very quiet. A perfect environment to relax and a good base for walking in the beautiful lake area and cycling. In my case racing bike, but also perfect area for mtb.. 😢: Unfortunately the ariconditing that was just installed this year was struck by lightning. Unfortunately not yet repaired when we were there. The big window which gives a great view over the hill and lake absorbs a lot of heat. Therefore on hot days the house got quite hot, especially in the new area. I hope Dieter gets it repaired soon..

😊: Quiet, nice view, clean bathroom. The bedroom is cooler than the main room and great for sleeping 👍 comfy bed too.. 😢: Just to write something, you have to bring everything including salt and sugar but it's ok because the supermarket is not far 🤷‍♀️.
