😊: Modern and clean, new. Kitchen is reasonably well-equiped, except no sharp knives for food preparation (bring your own). Communication with host easy and reliable. Host waited for us to introduce the property. Long check-in interval. 15min walk to WW1 memorial, and similar in the opposite direction to town centre. Off-Street parking opposite entrance door. Large supermarket 10min walk. Quiet street. Keys provided in a safe box so easy return to host.. 😢: Bedroom is a box without windows. Double bed medium firm, sofa bed very uncomfortable - squeeky, thin and bouncy; one rolls into the middle where it sags the most. Noisy vent in the living room that can't be turned off. Ground floor at street level - windows look directly onto the pavement; blackout roller-blinds give privacy and cut out light. Bedding: a pair of normal pillows and a pair of orthotic pillows. Poor sound insulation - you can hear the footsteps from the flat above..

😊: Good location - in a peaceful neighbourhood within an easy walk of Arras town centre. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Good value. Olivier the host was very welcoming, friendly and communicative. :-). 😢: We have no complaints at all. Just a couple of suggestions for small improvements. It would be useful to have a toilet paper holder. Also, a fan for the apartment would have been helpful as it was quite warm at the time we stayed..
