😊: It is large and spacious.. 😢: The kitchen cabinets are falling apart and the doors are falling off, the bathroom is thirty years old. The owner will have to renovate the kitchen and bathroom otherwise the rent is not worth 50% right now. I stayed because I had an injured leg.
