Perfect vakantiehuis.<br>#128578; De lokatie en het verblijf. Prachtig huis met (over) complete apparatuur. Alles zo ongeveer nieuw. Super schoon. Airco in het hoofdhuis, centraal gesitueerd op de 1e verdieping. Het bijhuis/appartement heeft airco. De Host (Marina) is super aardig en zeer Klant gericht. Zij is werkneemster van wijnhuis Eric Louis, welke ook eigenaar is van het vakantiehuis. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van eigen (moderne) badkamers. Nog niet vaak zo'n compleet en perfect huis gezien.<br>#128577; Het enige wat wij miste waren insectehorren in de raamkozijnen.

Stunning property close to Sancerre...<br>#128578; Beautifully decorated and appointed. 5 lovely bedrooms in the main house with a fully accessible 6th in the annex, and all with en-suite bathrooms. Top quality kitchen and dining area that will easily cope with a large group with plenty of fridge space for wine (and food!) The games room in the cellar is an excellent bonus, and our favourite was the stunning outdoor space and dining area bordered by fragrant lavender and roses with views over the vineyards!<br>#128577; Nothing

Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Merci à Eric pour l'accueil. Nous avons découvert un gîte très confortable, calme, avec des prestations de qualité. Chaque pièce est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le gîte correspond tout à fait à la description et il est même mieux! Parfait pour 12 personnes aussi bien à l'intérieur du gîte qu'à l'extérieur; la cuisine est très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle, casseroles et autres... 3 sortes de cafetières afin que chacun trouve son bonheur dès le réveil! An excellent ambiance to reunite...<br>#128578; We loved the tranquility, comfort and well-equipped kitchen. The coffee and paper supplies were welcoming. We would love to return to this well-managed gîte.
