Gite " La petite maison"

😊: Tranquility and excellent location. 😢: N/a.

😊: Lovely comfortable cottage off the beaten track. Arrival was very easy with a key safe. Nice off road parking. Everything was very clean, beds comfortable, towels fluffy and a nice welcome bottle of local apple juice. The donkeys were very friendly too! We didn't meet the owner face to face but we did email and she was quick to respond.. 😢: I recommend bringing your own tea towels and cooking utensils (only one tea towel and no dishwasher, so it got soaked very quickly and there were no knives to cut vegetables or salad, just one big bread knife and no BBQ tools. This seemed to be the norm at other gîtes we stayed at too). BUT those were minor things. It didn't detract from our stay and at least they had a corkscrew, unlike some other gîtes we stayed in!.
