😊: Our Wonderful Getaway at the Gîte "Chenonceau et le zoo au Beauval à deux pas" As a solo-traveling mother with two daughters (aged 9 and 11) and two well-behaved house cats, we were looking for a cozy, family- and pet-friendly accommodation in the countryside – with parking, Wi-Fi, and a kitchen. Booking with Linda and her children turned out to be the perfect choice: our expectations were far exceeded! The lovingly designed gîte offers everything you could wish for: a spacious bedroom that comfortably sleeps up to four people, a bathroom with an ensuite bathtub, a stylish, well-equipped kitchen, a bright living and dining area, and a charmingly decorated separate toilet. Particularly delightful: the private parking right in front of the house and the beautifully landscaped, partly covered outdoor seating area – perfect for relaxing outside. Linda and her children welcomed us warmly; their fluent English made communication easy and very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere by the crackling stove and the fast Wi-Fi. The gentle background noise from the stove was barely noticeable and certainly won't be an issue during the warmer summer months – a minor detail that doesn't diminish the overall outstanding experience. If you value cleanliness, coziness, loving details, and even excellent espresso from a professional machine, you will feel completely at home here. We would love to come back!.

😊: We spontaneously found this spacious and very well-equipped accommodation as a family with children and pets. The functional kitchen includes a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, oven, and stove. A washing machine and dryer were also available free of charge. The stylish living room offered firewood and kindling for the fireplace. A large TV and a cozy seating area with a solid wood coffee table made for relaxing evenings. Due to the weather, we couldn't use the terrace and garden. All bedrooms are bright, spacious, and well-furnished. A special highlight were the two spa-style bathrooms with bathtubs – a real plus, especially for larger families or groups. Unloading and loading was easy thanks to parking right in front of the property; just a few steps lead up to the entrance. We originally planned to stay one night on our way to Orléans but ended up staying three. We also enjoyed short trips to Sens and the Yonne river. Communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and reliable. Many thanks – we’re happy to recommend Gîte la vie au verte!.

😊: It was comfortable and spacious. Gives a vibe of a cabin in the woods.. 😢: It didn’t have ceiling light in most rooms, heating in the rooms was not possible to turn on and we struggled to light the chimney (required to turn on) when we asked for help the first response was to read the instructions although we had pointed out we already followed the instructions. The bathtubs have no curtain and the whole bathroom gets wet whilst showering..
