😊: Peaceful location by the river, on the edge of a small town. Modern conversion of a older cottage style property, with a large enclosed rear garden, leading down to the river. My dog loved it ! Well equipped, with a very comfortable feel.. 😢: Bedrooms are located upstairs, into the roof space and we were there during a particularly hot period and it was steamy, even with the available fans..
