Gîte Le Boulerot

😊: A very smart and tidy place which I would guess is only about a year old and appears to be purpose-built as a holiday let. It's part of the same building as the owner's house, separated by twin garages in between and located within a gated garden, making it very secure. The kitchen area is compact, but has most things that you'd need. Both double bedrooms are a good size, each having their own shower and toilet. One is on the first floor up a modern metal-framed staircase.. 😢: The only things that would have been nice to have were a bread board, a washing-up brush and a dish drainer, but we put almost everything in the dishwasher, which looked brand new.  Apart from that, the house was very well equipped and there was plenty of cutlery and crockery..

😊: If you drive, very convenient location. Close to Angers, Saumur and many castles around. Very friendly owner. All the amenities. Thank you, Gilles!.
