😊: Very clean.. its in a lovely area..lots of room inside and very well equipped.. good correspondence when we had trouble locating the property 😊 I think more information needs giving on the location maybe some photos of the outside both front and especially at back where the key lock is.. 😢: Not enough information on how to access the property. Once we found it though it was lovely..

😊: The accommodation was great for what we needed. The main (double) room was decent. Nice quiet area close to the coast and little seaside towns.. 😢: Not a dislike however, luckily our children are 13 and 15 and can negotiate stairs as accessing the 2 single beds in the other room is via a set of steps that are more like a ladder. Some children may find that a challenge..
😊: Beautiful House, twin beds on 3rd floor with very steep and tiny steps, my 2 children slept up there but with agreement they do not come down and call me 1st, shame large space could have put larger steps. Lovely home though, well decorated throughout, Great size garden and rear parking. Highly thankful for this great find. Highly recommended.. 😢: Very slim stairs up to, double twin beds. Double bed mattress very well used and dips in the middle. No kettle. No glasses for water, only small cups..
😊: The location was good. The house was clean, tidy and well-equipped. Helpful landlord.. 😢: Only one toilet which was located quite far away from the bedrooms, so difficult to go in the evening. The heating was arranged in a way that you couldn't adjust and so at times it was cold..
😊: The gite was impeccably clean throughout and furnished in a modern way. (When I say location is good I mean near the French coast not the location in this very sad run down village). 😢: 1. Ladder stairs broken and top bannister wobbly and seriously life threatening. Hopefully now repaired but a cheap, impractical and probably continuously dangerous construction (not recommended for small children). Consequently 19yr old daughter had to sleep on hard sofabed and therefore had no privacy. (Top level not that private anyway as open to stairwell). 2. The ONLY loo is by front door with no basin !! (The washing machine is less important that the hygienic importance of a basin). 3. As no loo upstairs suggest an ELSAN loo in shower room if need to pee in night etc. 4.PRIVACY! There is a photo of a door with gravel outside what you might think is a place to park. This glass door and ALL property windows FACE another property's front door and windows within a few feet!! Also realised that this yard did not belong to gite, either, as children playing in paddling pool in this yard right up near gite. Fortunately they weren't too loud (we were already disappointed). Two other properties also back on to this tiny yard. We kept shutters down the whole time. Suggest better thickness net curtains anyway. Perhaps a high light coloured fence with an evergreen climber growing along. 5. Imperative there are arrival instructions to drive around the church, and turn right into little road before post office. Go along with wall on left until concrete area turn in keeping wheel on lock whole time and rising above slabs. Leave parked with wheel in lock. 6. A 'twinlock bed (a double that can be made into twin) would be preferable in main bedroom. Needs a NON foam mattress. 7. Would need an armchair if upper bedroom made totally and continuously secure and gite had an occupancy of 3-4 people. 8. Small floor leak by step on way to front door when rains. Presumably will be repaired..
