😊: Pool, outside dining area were great.. 😢: An extra fan would've been really welcome..

😊: Living space was small, but cute and quirky and big enough for a couple. 2 coffee machines with pods and filter coffee provided. Comfortable beds. The house was clean and tidy.. 😢: Access to the garden was ruined for us because of dog mess everywhere, even in the pool area and between the outdoor seating areas. The smell was unpleasant and not conducive to dining outside. The host's 2 dogs were very friendly, but were allowed to wander with no checking or cleaning up after them. We were looking forward to using the pool, but were put off by the mess..

😊: Great location. Very quiet.. 😢: On arrival, we saw the owner had 2 medium to large sized dogs which we were not made aware of and the owner lives the other side of the wall, again this is not listed on the website. There is a sliding door which is locked from the owners side which leads into the  property. On arrival, there was dog fecies on the driveway and walkways, and as it was later on in the evening when we arrived, you couldn't really see so you had to be really careful where you were walking. There was also dog fecies by the outdoor eating space and the shed where we kept our bikes. The owner did get it cleared up but only after 3 days of us being there and us mentioning it. It reappeared again and was left to build up. The living space is not as big as it looks on the photos. It is quite a small room, only big enough inside for 2 people to relax. There was not enough room to prepare any food especially if there is a family staying. There is no sky TV, which was not a bad thing but when you get a rainy day sometimes it's nice to sit and relax in the evening. There was an old dirty cover on the sofa covered in dog hairs and it smelled of dogs in the room. There is an open fireplace which had cobwebs in it. There was also a dirty ashtray with cigarette butts on the window ledge outside the room. The shower was dirty as was the toilet bowl. The pool was dirty although it had been cleaned on one of the days we were there. The paving around the edge of the pool had broken away. There was no depth markings either. The pool cover was tatty with the plastic coating coming away and floating in the pool. We found the pool unusable for a 9 day stay. Outside is untidy, the garden's are not well maintained, definitely didn't look inviting. Not a safe place for youngsters to play.  Very deceiving from the photos and very disappointing. So much so, we cut our stay short by 3 days. The final straw being dog fecies right outside our door..

😊: Fantastic welcome, great outdoor space and comfortable property.. 😢: Bed was a little to hard for us however very comfortable all round..

😊: Property is located down a lane just outside the village of Reugny. It is impeccably clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I was there during the heatwave and the pool was a godsend! The property’s garden is well maintained. And the best… the pool is surrounded by beautiful trees, it is so calm that you could lose yourself! Wish O could have stayed more than 2 nights. 😢: Nothing to not like.
