😊: Location. 😢: On arrival the property was very cold with no heating on. Smoke alarm had been removed No washing up liquid/tea towels Sofa bed should not be described as such. In reality it is a thin mattress on the floor Stayed twice in a week at both ends of a road trip. Property had not been cleaned/ linen changed between visits although 5 days apart.
😊: Nice quiet relaxed location in the burgundy wine area with lots of good restaurants and wine bars between Beaune and Dijon and hiking opportunities.
😊: Beautiful gite on a working farm in the countryside not far from Nuits St Georges and Gevrey Chambertin. Everything you could need plus an outside space. We got held up due to a medical emergency with our dog but the hosts were very understanding even though we didn't arrive until 9pm. Looking forward to a longer stay in the future..
