Gîte \"Les Poules\" - Charm and relaxation in the countryside near Bayeux

The hosts provided outstanding customer service, and the property is beautiful. It is upgraded throughout, surrounded by lovely landscaping, and conveniently located between Bayeux and Caen. The small village of Cristot is nearby, and the rural setting is quiet and peaceful. You do need to rent a car to visit the many points of interest in Normandy, but that was easily done at the Caen railway station after arriving from Paris by train. The visit was fantastic, and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

If I could have given this property 6 out of 5, I would have done. - Lovely area - Very nice (modern) house in nice surroundings - Extremely well equipped - Very nice welcome package - Very friendly and welcome property owner. He couldn't do more to help - The house had everything to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable, including the provision of everything imaginable. - Only 20 mins from Bayeux, Caen and the Beaches. Lots of very interesting towns, villages and chateaus all nearby. Merci Beaucoup Mon. Mesange. We will return one day!
