gite near locronan in the heart of finistere in brittany

Fantastic property, well equipped and very clean throughout. Very friendly hosts and as three retired motorcyclists with very limited French language abilities,we managed to muddle through conversations with our hosts. The friendly turkey that visited us on daily basis was an experience too and the family dogs were happy as long as sticks were thrown for them. Excellent stay.

Eines sehr schöne, geräumige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Blick auf den Garten und den Teich. Das Gebäude ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr ruhig, auch wenn eine kleinere Straße rd. 100m entfernt ist. Besonders genial ist ein Anbau, in dem nicht nur Haustechnik und Waschmaschine zu finden sind, sondern der prima direkt vom Parkplatz aus neben dem Haupeingang auch als Eingang bei verschmutzen Schuhen genutzt werden kann. Hier kann man auch alles lagern (sogar ein zweiter Kühlschrank) und findet Platz für allen Krims-Krams, den man nicht tätglich brauch. Zwei tolle sehr erholsame Wochen in einer sehr schönen Gegegend. Gut gelegen für alle Arten von Ausflügen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum eine 1A Empfehlung wert!

Nous étions 3 couples de retraités, avons passé un bon séjour, trop court d'ailleurs ( 2 nuits) dans ce gîte très confortable.

We were greater by Nadine and Alain and recieved a wonderful basket of home grown produce. A truly sustainable, local gift. The house is lovely and the entrance utility was a good bonus. We very much enjoyed our plays with Raphae as we lost our dog in July. It was good to have a her around. It is well located. Locronan is a fantastic medieval town 10 minutes away and Quimper about 20 minutes. We only had 2 nights here, but would definitely return in the future to explore further.

The property is large, comfortable, well equipped and in a great situation. The owners were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We had a peaceful, restful stay and would have no hesitation in booking this property again.
