The bedroom on the top floor has air conditioning, and it was absolutely necessary for our stay (temperature up to 35 degrees. Maybe the stair to the basement bedroom is quite steep and narrow ( The living room is on the ground floor. The master bedroom is on the top floor) We didn't have issues with it and neither did our 6 year old. But I think it's more suitable for people who don't mind climbing narrow and steep stairs. However, there's a door from the basement to the outside, so you can enter the basement from the outside as well. We let our kid sleep...
