We had a fantastic holiday. Loved the gite and the area, so peaceful. Owners are lovely and very helpful

This gite (once we found it) was excellent in all respects. For a family gathering of 3 generations it provided all that you required in a imaginative and quirky self build that clearly used love and affection in its construction. Would we return? You betcha!

Un séjour au top! Une maison pratique, spacieuse et agréable! Une piscine indispensable et grande! L'idée de notre séjour a été d'emmener les arrière-grands-parents, les grands parents, les parents (nous) et les enfants! La maison a répondu parfaitement à notre idée! Les propriétaires sont disponibles et à l'écoute. Merci! on a adoré!

Très beau gîte, très spacieux, bien situé à proximité de très beaux sites, dans un endroit très de calme au milieu de la nature, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans ce gîte il y a 2 ans. La conclusion reste la même : tout est parfait : le gîte en lui même, l'environnement, la communication avec les propriétaires ... bref nous avons de nouveau passé un excellent séjour en famille (6 adultes, 2 enfants) et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mitten in der Natur. Das Haus ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet oder sogar noch schöner. Im Garten gibt es viele verschiedene Kräuter zum Kochen und fein duftender Lavendel. Die Räume sind großzügig, alles ist schön gestaltet und liebevoll gepflegt mit vielen schöne Details. Wir waren zwei Familien und das Haus bietet auch bei Regenwetter genügend Rückzugsorte für alle. Der Pool und der obere Stock mit den Hängematten haben wir besonders geliebt. In der Nähe hat es viele schöne Dörfer, Städtchen und feine Restaurant. Auch gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen: Museen, Grotten, Kanufahrten, Bootsfahrten Greifvogelshow etc. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Es waren wunderschöne Ferien und dieses Ferienhaus das beste welches wir je gemietet hatten.

We really enjoyed our time here. There are lots of lovely unusual features. It is well equipped and had everything we needed. The house was lovely and cool despite the heat outside. There were lots of places to sit in either the shade or the sun depending on your preference. The swimming pool is a good size. The location is very peaceful and offers great views of the valley. The nearest supermarket and boulangery is a 10 minute drive. Lots of lovely walks and bike rides nearby as well as Kayaking along the Lot. Lots of tourist information was available at the house which was much appreciated. The owners live nearby and were very helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We loved our stay in the house that Severine and Olivier built 4 years ago. It is very peaceful, rural and we even had a deer come to within 5 m of the kitchen window! The gite is everything we wanted, including pool, table tennis, boules pitch, hammocks and BBQ. Our hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. The gite is within 15 min of kayaking on Lot and Cele, delicious restaurants and the beautiful village of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie is only 20 min away.
