Gîte rural de 45 m2 pour 2 pers. dans le Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne

Nice accommodation well-equipped -friendly owner - in a small village right next to a working farm with an amazing variety of animals. Lovely views from the edge of the hamlet but not from the cottage itself. Air-conditioning was useful in the heat-wave. Well-placed for walking and trips out but shops some distance away, not that we minded. We had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the gite. It was in a lovely location, near enough to and far away enough from everything you could hope for. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and Patricia made sure we had everything we needed. Wish we were still there!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week at the "Smiling Pumpkin" cottage. We had the best of two lifestyles. The cottage is very modern with all the up do date furnishings one could hope for in such a very traditional rural setting. We could observe a very different way of life from a comfortable setting much like that which we know. The photos are accurate and the appliances are easy to use despite limited French. Patricia welcomed us on arrival and stopped by several times during the week to be sure everything was as expected. The location is excellent for touring the Auvergne. We would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends thinking of coming to this part of France.
