Gîte with swimming pool- 11 rooms, Nièvre Burgundy, Pouilly, Sancerre

The location is great for walking to just about anything. We walked and spent a day at The Float-In and tubed down the Comal River. We also walked to coffee shops, dinner spots, and nighlife.

This property was perfect for what we needed. The house is lovely and well maintained. It has a small outdoor area for our dog. The property manager, Leslie, was gracious and checked in with us. We would definitely stay there again,

Perfect location for floating the river and enjoying the nightlife. The house is cozy, perfect little get away, you are greeted with deer each morning and evening. You are just a few blocks from the river one way and the night entertainment the other way. The owner provides a very detailed list of anything you would want to do around the area. We loved our stay there!

Beautiful historic home in an excellent location to all New Braunfels has to offer! Very clean, very accommodating and comfortable home to stay in! We enjoyed staying here while in town for a baseball tournament and took advantage of being in walking distance to the Comal River and many local eateries.

Process for arriving very easy, great communication with owner. House is very cute and perfect for our stay. Everything you need is there. Very Clean and the location is perfect for floating Comal and a night on the town. Check out is smooth. Will definitely be back.

The house was terrific, clean welcoming and very homey feeling. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to multiple places. Would love to stay here again.

This house was a perfect fit for the 4 of us plus our little dog. The location is prime and you can easily walk to everything NB has to offer - Float Inn, river, restaurants, down town, etc. The communication with the renter was easy, the check was easy, and the house offered everything we needed and more.
