Une chambre d'hôtes propre et avec un propriétaire accueillant Il explique les contraintes Je voulais réserver un hôtel et n'avais pas vu qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre d'hôtes ! Donc je n'étais pas dans mon cadre habituel (douche et WC hors chambre)

Petit déjeuner super, servi en plateau suivant protocole sanitaire, vraiment copieux et du choix ! service impeccable. Possibilité de commander des oeufs, laitages. Personnel accueillant. La chambre était propre, décoré avec beaucoup goût. Nous avons été surpris de tout les équipements de la chambre. Plateaux café, télévision, sèche cheveux ect, et même petit cadeaux de bienvenue ! Service exceptionnel de l'hôte malgré son absence imprévu (et bien compréhensible), upgrade de chambre. Je suis très reconnaissant.

Pour une première fois en chambre d'hôtes j'ai été positivement surpris.Chambre et maison jolie(avec une touche Halloween) et propre,dans un cadre très sympa.Un acceuil chaleureux et des propriétaires sympathique et a l'écoute.

We Landed in Frankfurt and planned on driving to This BnB for our first nigh. We got a late start-delayed in customs and a long wait to get our rental car. Had cell phone problems and couldn’t get through to let the BnB know we were going to be arriving after their 8 pm cutoff time. I got there at 8:13pm and no one was there. Still couldn’t call. Now my family of 5 had to find a new place to stay, after a long day of traveling. I can give you a good recommendation on where to stay, just not this BnB. I know it’s our fault by being late but it was not a good experience, sometimes things happen out of your control

First of all it is in the country and this is not mentioned. Our room was up 3 flights of stairs and each stairwell was laden in storage items and it was an attic bedroom with skylights. Breakfast was in the hosts living room and kitchen and there were 2 dogs and a cat. The whole experience was not good and certainly not worth the money.
