If we ever had a...<br>#128578; This lovely cottage sits in a courtyard fronting directly onto the canal at a quiet end of Josselin. It is a perfect base for exploration of the historical town and larger environs and wonderful for walks along the canal. The building has had many lifetimes of varied use; yet the interior has been smartly renovated, updated and well-appointed with a nicely designed functional kitchenette creating a home away from home for 2 people. The tile work, furnishings (some crafted by the owners in ...<br>#128577; Two points to note: the floating circular stairs to the sleeping loft may be a challenge for some (in our mid to late 60’s, we found them navigable); be sure to look at the staircase photos beforehand. And there is no on-site parking, though there is plenty of public parking along the canal. (One can bring a car to the property to unload and load luggage.)
