Good location, sunny terrace, beach and shops at 4 mn

Exceptional<br>#128578; I was a little worried before visiting this apartment because of the low rating, but the room was very clean, the things written in the reviews were improved, and the location was perfect (distance to the beach and bus station supermarket, etc.) The host was very supportive and made my stay comfortable for a month. I would definitely visit this apartment again next time I need it.

Good location, mediocre apartment<br>#128578; Nice location, 5 mins walk from Juan les Pins train station and less than 10 mins walk from the beach. Clean apartment with a nice balcony and air con in the salon as well as in the bedroom.<br>#128577; Unfortunately the welcome was far from pleasant. Also we were surprised to see there were only 3 rolls of toilet paper, without any extra ones elsewhere in the apartment, and no soap to wash hands at all. What is more, the mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable (seemed to be very old), we were waking up with a back ache every day. Changing the mattress and adding some more essential products would make the place much more pleasant.

Recht gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis<br>#128578; Das Appartment war sauber und günstig gelegen, was Erreichbarkeit von Bahnhof, Geschäften und Strand betrifft. Mit Parkplatz, aber ohne Meerblick. Gut: Klima-Anlage, Balkon, Fahrstuhl, Waschmaschine. Wenig Verkehrslärm. ruhige Nachbarn. Der Bahnhof Juan les Pins liegt fast vor der Tür, die gesamte Cotes d'Azur ist schnell und günstig von dort zu erreichen.<br>#128577; Die Ausstattung der Küche war dürftig; Teller, Tassen, Gläser, Besteck waren wenig und ziemlich zusammengesucht, wenig Töpfe, nichts zum Kaffeekochen. Es ist uns nicht gelungen, mit dem Fernseher den On-Demand-Bereich zu verlassen und ein aktuelles Fernsehprogramm sehen zu können. Das Doppelbett war sauber bezogen, es gab aber nur ein Bettlaken zum (gemeinsamen) Zudecken.
