Grand appartement au centre d’Aix-en-Provence 80m2 parking privé sécurisé

We stayed for 5 days and had a great time. The appartment has everything you need and is very spacious. The balcony is very usefull in the evenings to relax with a few drinks. The car parking is in a locked ground floor garage under the apartments. Access to the car parking is via the lift or stairs, with a remote control to open/close the electric door. The appartment is within 10 mins walking to the centre of the old town, where there are many bars and places to eat. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very flexible with our requests and helpfull when required. Overall, i would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in aix en provence.

Non loin du grand théâtre mais aussi du centre ville, cet appartement bien agencé et bien équipé était parfait pour rendre notre séjour très agréable.

The title summarizes our feelings. The place was perfect for a couple or even for three. It’s a five minute walk to a supermarket and to downtown. The owner was fantastic in every respect. If we return to Aix, we would love to stay there again.

We just had the pleasure of spending a week in this wonderful property. The location is terrific -- less than a 10-minute walk to the center of town with scores of restaurants minutes away. The apartment is modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There is a huge terrace which was a great place to relax. We didn't cook any meals there, but my wife said the kitchen was very well equipped. Julien is a wonderful host -- we rarely needed to contact him (usually for suggestions of restaurants and where to explore) but when we did he responded promptly. We loved the high tech features, like remote controlled blinds, and there was plenty of light. We would stay here again if we ever return to Aix...which by the way is an absolutely delightful town!

In all important matters, this apartment is a 5. Excellent location, bed, air conditioning, parking space, size. Perfect for 2 or 3 people. Julien is swift and gracious in communicating by text. He does not, however, like to communicate by phone or email. I'd encourage Julien to get a few more small plates, a dish rack and a book providing written instructions for guests about the stove, coffee maker and things to do in town. That said, I'd stay here again without hesitation. Thanks Julien for sharing your lovely apartment.

Julien was wonderful to work with. He responded promptly snd was very accommodating. The apartment was well stocked and clean. It was quiet and the location great. We would highly recommend.
