Grand appartement avec balcon et parking

😊: The apartment is cute, cozy, well illuminated, and overall pleasant to stay in. We also appreciated the communication with the person responsible for the property, who was always available via WhatsApp and provided clear and timely responses whenever we had questions. That said, there are a few aspects that could be improved to provide a better guest experience.. 😢: First, although we booked the apartment for four people, only towels and bed sheets for two guests were included. We found this quite unfair, as the reservation clearly indicated four guests. Additional fees were required to rent towels and bed sheets for the other two people, which did not feel reasonable given the size of the booking. Another issue was the sofa bed. It was extremely noisy, and even small movements during the night caused loud cracking sounds. This woke us up multiple times and made it difficult for the people sleeping there to get a good night’s rest. We also found the overall process with the hosts unnecessarily bureaucratic. There were many rules and procedures regarding check-in times, inspections during check-in and check-out, and other administrative steps. In addition, it was very difficult to find where the building’s trash containers were located, and clearer instructions would have been helpful. Overall, the apartment itself has many positive qualities, but some of these operational details significantly impacted our stay. With a few improvements, especially regarding guest comfort and simplifying the hosting process, the experience could be much better..

😊: Very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, there were good facilities and the parking was good too.. 😢: Some small things were an issue like lighting and practicality like in the bathroom. Also, we didn’t receive all the information about the parking process which led to us having some issues and they were responsive after a while. But other than that jt was great!.

😊: Charging for sheets per day (no change everyday) for the sofa bed. Difficulty opening the drain cap of bathtub. Nothing to hold the shower in place..

Malgré ces quelques désagréments nous...<br>#128578; appartement conforme à la description dans booking. a proximité de nombreux commerces. Castellane se trouve à 10mn à pieds avec accés à tous les transports. les fenêtres et volets fermés ont bien atténués le bruit de la rue trés présent.<br>#128577; accés au parking difficile pour les voitures basses, pas de wifi les 2 premiers jours (apparament panne de malveillance pour tout l'immeuble) Nous avons eu droit à une panne d'ascenseur (8 étages cela fait beaucoup, malgré une réparation rapide)

Schönes Appartement und gute Anbindung...<br>#128578; Das Appartement ist gut zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gelegen, Bus in 2 Minuten, Metro 1 oder 2 in jeweils 8 Minuten 👍 Es hat einen schönen Blick und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es ist sauber und groß. Die Bilder stimmen. Der Balkon ist sehr angenehm mit Ausblick auf das Stadion und die Berge. Der Empfang und die Übergabe durch Amir lief sehr gut, zügig, professionell und freundlich ab 👍 Betten sind bequem. Man fühlt sich sicher in der Gegend, auch nachts. Einkauf in ...<br>#128577; Es ist auch Nachts Recht laut durch die depperten Autofahrer. Die Gegend an sich ist nicht sonderlich einladend, aber sicher.
