Grand Appartement - Wifi -Parking - Tramway 1 min

😊: The rooms are ok, separate toilette and bathroom, good windows. 😢: The booking in took over 2 hours First we were told to settle the deposit and we had to contact the host several times - the first link didn't work - the 2nd opened but after entering my details there was no connection - only at the 3rd time we were informed that we can continue without the link Then this step finally worked - Next we got the entry code but not where to find the box - a photo showed a drainpipe but didn't explain that it was the 2nd one - it's so low down that it was difficult to spot it behind a car. - next I had to ask where to park the car - now a photography was sent - after a long drive it was frustrating that we could only enter the apartment at 9.15pm instead of 7pm! I took a lot of pictures of damages immediately because I don't want to be charged for these - particularly a broken cover of the plug next to the heating in the bathroom and a broken device of the sink in the kitchen - to drain it I had to take out the sieve , almost all walls behind the doors had marks of the door handles, some of the blinds and the bathroom window were filthy dirty! I feel that all the entry details could be transmitted together and not only after constantly contacting the host for more details!.
