graet value for money. balcony....<br>#128578; the price is great, the apartment is warm, and not noisy, we had a washing machine, and the host was pleasantly nice, giving us late check out. the supermarket is 3 minutes away. there is always hot water.<br>#128577; we did some sports because it is the 5th floor without an elevator. we weren't bothered by it but if someone is very old or sick or weak it will not be ideal. small trains are passing by, but if the windows close you do not hear anything. very quite. it is high flore and the air is very well.

Appartement fonctionnel situé au 6ème...<br>#128578; Logement à 5mn des commerces et à 15mn d'une station de métro.<br>#128577; La ligne 4 du métro ne dessert pas le stade de France. Pas de parking gratuit à proximité du logement mais toutefois nous n'avons pas eu de P.V !
