Grand F3 70m² dans résidence grand standing Sallanches

The apartment was very beautiful with all the utilities included, and a beautiful view from the balcony. The property is near Megeve and Combloux ski resorts. The location is also a beautiful place, with many shops , restaurants and bars with beautiful scenery. People in the area are very nice and helpful! Hope we will come back soon !!!

Nous avons passe un superbe sejour, appartement bien grand avec 2 terrasses, tout comfort: wifi, tele avec les chaines prinicpales et qui ne saccadent pas, lave vaisselle, 2 wc etc... L appartement est situe a 8km seulement de la plus belle station, on y accede tres vite et il a aussi l.avantage d etre a 100m d une petite place et d un petit centre ville sympa. Le propriétaire nous a laisse la possibilite d une arrivee tardive ce qui nous a sauvé. La dame qui s occupe de l appartement est super sympa a ete assez cool avec nous malgre une petite erreur de notre part, et la caution nous a ete rendue dans sa totalite alors qu ils auraient pu garder un petit dédommagement. Bref, super sejour et fortement a conseiller.

Wonderful view of Mt. Blanc from the balcony, livingroom and kitchen. Few minutes walk to Sallanches and shops. 5 minutes drive up the hillside where you can go for walks in the mountains above Sallanches. Very nice appartment except for the hard beds. We got a warm welcome by a french neighbor, who showed us the appartment and the owner was very helpful via internet. Can absolutely recommend this place.

Couple avec un enfant de 6 ans et un papi et nous nous sommes tous sentis à l'aise dans cet appartement bien agencé, très lumineux avec tout le confort et même plus. Que dire de la vue sur le mont blanc...... Venant en avion le fait que les serviettes et draps soient fournis est un gros plus pour alléger les bagages. Il a fait particulièrement beau et chaud en cette mi avril 2015 aussi nous avions loué une voiture pour visiter la région, le parking à disposition est pratique. C'était notre premier séjour en location d'appartement d'un particulier. Nous serons amenés à nous rendre régulièrement sur Sallanches et c'est sans hésiter que nous louerons de nouveau cet appartement. M. Jordano est très accueillant, disponible à dialoguer par internet et très attentif au bien être de ses locataires. Merci et à très bientôt

We are just ending our stay here, and it has been great. An hour drive by motorway from Geneva Airport, 45 minutes from Chamonix, and surrounded by many other beautiful places nearby, Sallanches was great for us (1 hour to Annecy, less than an hour to Sixt-fer-a-cheval, right next to St-Gervais-les-Baines, 90 minutes to Martigny/Switzerland). The apartment is located 200 meters from the town center, where a Saturday morning market takes place, and 5 minutes drive from a large Carfour Supermarket). The apartment itself, though less expensive could be found, is relatively large and very well equipped, and the view of the mountains from the living room and from the balcony is stunning, photographs can't do it justice. The owners met us at the apartment, showed us around it, recommended to us places worth visiting, and left us in the apartment things such as foodstuffs and cleaning materials, as well as some of their tasty homemade raspberry jam. As we were mainly interested in easy countryside walking, and sightseeing, this apartment was great for us.
