😊: The cleanliness and appearance of the property.. 😢: Not suitable for 7 person stay. Sofa bed too small so wasn’t used, 2 people made a make shift bed on the floor and single pull out chair wasn’t fit for purpose so was also unused..

😊: "I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, there were also significant issues. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly, which we appreciated. However, getting to the second-floor apartment was challenging. You have to climb two flights of very narrow stairs, which made carrying luggage difficult. The biggest issue was the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable, especially the sofa beds. We couldn't sleep on them, and ended up squeezing 4 people into a double bed and 2 in a single bed. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed and woke up with back pain. If the hotel can improve the quality of the beds, it would make a huge difference to the stay.".
