Great apartment, location and host. Highly recommended

2 bed Apartment stayed in for a week with family of 4. Apartment modern with good kitchen facilities and 2 bedrooms. Host helpful with pre-checkin questions and welcomed us to the property on our arrival. Really enjoyed the use each evening of the large 1 of 2 balconies. Pool onsite ok for a quick dip most evenings. Location perfect for the beach, sights and restaurants. Everything within 10 minutes including the train station which we used most days. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Das Appartement ist super ausgestattet (nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Handtücher, Haarföhn, Bettbezüge, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, alle Küchenutensilien die man sich wünscht, Geschirrspüler etc.) Die Lage ist genial, es liegt zwischen den beiden hübschen Orten Juan les Pins (7min Gehdistanz) und Antibes (15-20min Gehdistanz). Als 4köpfige Familie vom Platz her gut, da es ein grosses Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer und zwei Badezimmer hat. Beate ist als Gastgeberin verlässlich, super freundlich und Hilfsbereit, danke dafür! Der Garagenparkplatz ist etwas eng, so dass mir mit unserem Auto (SUV) gerade so reingepasst haben, dies vorher mit den Massen abklären. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Wohnung sofort weiterempfehlen.

We are a norwegian/ swedish family, with three children (18, 15 and 13 years old, respectively). We hired the appartment for 1 week. The appartment has a perfect location, right between Antibes and Juan les Pins - makes it possible to vary activities in these two places. Also close to train station (approx 10 minutes), which makes it possible to do day trips to other locations in the area. Short walk to beautiful beaches, shops and restautants. Appartment has two twin bed rooms and an additional possibility to use a bed sofa in the living room. Large balcony, with table and chairs, which we used for breakfast and evening relaxation. From the balcony you can see the sea. AC and curtains makes it possible to keep a good temperature inside the appartment. The appartment gives a fresh impression. The host of this apartment is a five-star host. Reliable, answering e-mails quickly, helpful, professional, and used long time explaining all the details during check in. The host also gave us a very good introduction to the whole area, gave us tips etc. We can really recommend this appartment and host.

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermitterin war von Anfang an einfach und problematisch. Sehr angenehm war natürlich die Verständigungsmöglichkeit in deutsch. Wenn man wie wir im Juli Urlaub macht, dann weiss man eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage sehr zu schätzen-und die hat wirklich gut funktioniert 😅. Allerdings heizt sich der Balkon durch die Westausrichtung extrem auf (auch die Klimaanlage trägt da ihren Anteil dazu bei).
