Grand studio

😊: Good value and ideal for a short stay. Good location about 10mins walk from main tourist areas and about 20mins from the aquarium and beach. Room was warm, had a smart tv and beds comfortable.. 😢: Is a bit of a stale smell in the bathroom. We had to make the sofa bed ourselves despite having booked for 4 people and the sofa bed is a bit old/damaged…although it was comfortable to sleep on which is the main thing..

😊: The accommodation is on a busy street so we initially had to park some distance away, but a space appeared right outside the building as the traffic thinned. Our apartment was on the third floor (no lift!) and we set off a dog on the first floor as we passed but inside our flat all was calm and quiet. It's quite big for a studio, and very comfortable for 2 people. We had only brought essentials for our overnight stay but that was no problem as the kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed to prepare and eat a simple meal. There was a simple bar at the end of the street but a 15 minute walk took us to the centre of the old town with its restaurants and bars, including our favourite, the lively and welcoming "Froggy Blues" bar. A great way to round off our holiday!.

😊: This is a very clean and comfortable studio apartment in the centre of the town. There was very good communication with the host. I would stay there again.. 😢: Very minor, but I recommend displaying the wifi username and access code in a prominent location for visitors to find. ..

😊: Apartment was cosy and generally comfortable.. 😢: Apartment was difficult to find, and didn't get the key code until after we had arrived. Tried to contact the owner but no answer. I later received a text message stating that the info has been emailed to me. It is located in a residential block of flats, not holiday apartments as expected. The entrance and stairwell is very dirty, run down and dark, struggled to find the light in the dark - so first impressions were not good. The neighborhood is very sketchy, and didn't' feel safe. Undesirables hanging around the car getting drunk/using drugs, barged into my family. No parking, had to walk up the hill and park a fair way from the apartment and children had to wheel their suitcases, one being wheeled through dog mess which was everywhere along the pavements. Washing up sponges in kitchen were not renewed for our stay. The bathroom was not clean..
