😊: Loction near the ski lift.

😊: The location was AMAZING, close to slopes bars restaurants and ticket office! Really was a great location, and it was a nice apartment. 😢: The apartment was dirty, used chewing gum stuck to the beds, broken glass on the floor, and overall dirty. Was reported and pictures sent, nothing was done. The triple bed was un sleep able as it was 1 foot away from the ceiling, The concierge made zero effort to help or contact us. We spend 30mins trying to pick up the keys. And was told to leave the flat unlocked and key on the stable on checkout. Nothing was checked The booking stated free parking, ended up having to pay 100euros to park. We had to unload a car for 5 people in a 30min free parking window..

😊: Location. 😢: That we had to wait an hour to be let into the apartment.

😊: The apartment was in an amazing location and the ski locker was convenient. The hosts were available for queries and there was plenty of space. The balcony was lovely and there was decent storage.. 😢: The apartment was not very clean, the cooking and cleaning equipment seemed to be a collection of basics and items left behind by previous guests. The vacuum cleaner wasn't very effective and there wasn't sufficient lighting in the bunk room. It would have been helpful to know we needed to bring our own bed linens, bath mat, towels, cleaning and washing up supplies (and that previous guests had left a hairdryer and styling tools in the bathroom.).
