😊: The studio is located central to Sancerre and easily accessible to all the local shops and restaurants..

😊: Sancerre is a beautiful location but sadly this property is best to be avoided.. 😢: The property is cold and felt damp, the bed is a pull out occasional bed rather than a proper bed and is very uncomfortable, the entrance approach is scruffy and is very dirty, bedding is poor quality and felt damp, the shower is not an offering because you have to hold it and risk sliding in the tub which is on two levels and the bathroom is absolutely freezing because the radiator does not work and the list goes on ….We arrived very late at night after a very long day travelling and we would not have stayed if we had have had an option to go elsewhere..

😊: I loved that everything was super clean, and that the kitchen was new and easy to clean. The space was really easy and pleasant to live in, with all the amenities I needed. The host was very helpful, and available to call if needed.. 😢: Visitors should know that there are two sets of stairs to reach the building, and that the front door may stick a little..

😊: Close to the little centre, very clean. 😢: The shower is a little strange.

😊: Perfect self-contained unit. Had everything you needed. Great location. Stairs are a little steep if you have heavy luggage..
