😊: The location is very central. 😢: The owner was extremely inflexible. Check-in was limited to a strict 2-hour window, and instructions were hidden in their personal profile instead of being clearly provided. When we offered to meet anywhere convenient for them, they refused and instead proposed charging us €30 extra just to hand over the keys outside their window, even though we were arriving late at night. Because of this, we had to cancel one of our two nights. When we finally arrived the next day, the key didn’t fit the building door. Only thanks to a helpful neighbor did we manage to get in, who also showed us a key locker at the entrance — something the owner never mentioned, even though it would have solved the problem. The communication was odd, unhelpful, and uncomfortable. The apartment itself was full of strange lists like “5 plates, 3 video tapes, 7 glasses,” which created a very unsettling atmosphere.
