😊: Clean well laid out appartment with all facilities. Very quiet and comfortable. Clear communication from the host and easy straightforward access..

😊: Location was excellent, close to railway station and town centre. Great heating and hot water. Easy check in and check out.. 😢: The shower needs to be cleaned properly, lots of mould. The bed sheet had a hole and really the bed and bed linen needs to be replaced. The heating rack in bathroom was broken and either needs to be fixed or removed. The owner does not reply to messages once you have commenced your stay. I messaged the owner just trying to clarify if there was toaster and nil response. The accomodation is in the basement and you could not open windows for fresh air..

😊: It was a very short walk to the railway station. That was the only thing it had going for it. The bathroom could also have been cleaner and the blind on the door was broken.. 😢: The fact it was in a basement, with very little natural light and also smelt damp. The fact it is a basement flat needs to be made clear before people book as this wasn’t in the description - if it had been, we would never have booked it..

😊: A very good location and preatty neat apartment.. 😢: There was no dishwashing liquid and no privacy, because the curtain was down and you could be seen by the other tenants..
