Grand T2 proche de la mer

😊: L'appartement et l'emplacement sont impeccables . Le soleil du matin et à l'ombre de l'après midi . La propriétaire est très active. le calme du matin est irréprochable par contre , evitez le 13-14 juillet ....le matin ainsi que la nuit ...trop bruyant du côté de la chambre . La plage est très bien...on a pu profiter du feu d'artifice . Les restaurants sont à choisir . Le parking est un peu serré et non sécurisé mais ici c'est tranquille pas d'inquiétude . Mettez vous bien dans le 'carré jaune' avant appuyer sur le zapette pour descendre le bollard (acces au parking privé et gratuit ) Très bien .....Merci Linda.

😊: The location was amazing, with a large balcony overlooking the canal, and close to the beach, restaurants and bus stops -so it was easy to get into the town without a car.

😢: Tiles detached/ broken on base of shower. No wash basin plug and drain partially blocked, therfore slow to drain. No plug for sink in kitchen. Dirty duvet and pillow covers. Patio windows dirty. Shower head has been replaced incorrectly and is not adjustable.
